Draws set up as per League Scheduling Meeting, No extensions of deadlines, Any series tied after two regulation games with require a 10 min sudden-death overtime period to follow the second game immediately if series remains tied after this period, a scrape & flood intermission will ensue, followed by a 20 min sudden-death overtime period, subsequent floods and 20 min period will follow until a winner is determined.

Teams with Highest winning percentage as of Dec 31/09 will be considered the "Home" team for the series.
